Our "mini" vacay to Egg Harbor, WI Part I

We took a "mini" vacation up to Egg Harbor, WI. this past weekend.. We had a great time and the girls got to play with there cousins non-stop for 3 days!!! I was a little concerned with the sleeping situation.. all of us in one room.. the first night we put Lila to bed in the walk in closet (which was really big) and then put Ava in a twin bed.. When Drew and I came to bed, Ava heard us and started crying so we put her in bed with us (only the 2nd time she has slept with us) oh.. and it was a double bed!!! So she finally fell asleep..but then Drew kept moving so I told him to go and sleep in the twin bed... Ava woke up at 3:30 am. falling to the floor in between the bed and the wall.. we went downstairs to treat her bloody lip and bump on the head.. YIKES!!! The other nights we left only the girls in the room.. That worked much better!!!

We went to a Swedish restaurant for breakfast on Monday and they had goats on the roof.. (might be one of the strangest things I have EVER seen) and they are real!

All tired out...the girls took a nap on the way home..(Ava's was only 1/2 hour!)
